Hi, No xxx is currently sat at another PC in the office.
[11/06/2010 08:31:53 - ]
Orange light on the monitor means that no signal is getting to it, please check the monitor lead (the one with the two screws on each end) is securely fastened at both the monitor and terminal. If that doesn’t fix it, please remove the power lead from the Terminal for 15-20 seconds the put it back in and try booting it up again.

Hi, now there is a orange light on the Monitor and by the look theres NO power going to the base after switching off/on.

Any chance you can try a different power lead in the base unit? and check that the power lead and transformer are pushed together securely.
Thanks for you help

Ok, nicked a lead from another unit and all working fine, but we will need another power lead ordering as we have a pc with no power.
